1. Mothers To Autistic Children Do So Much
You do a lot every single day:
- Driving to therapy
- Filling out forms
- Talking to teachers and doctors
- Reading reports and doing research
- Thinking about your child’s future
You carry all of it. But who’s caring for you?
“You can have it all. Just not all at once.”
Oprah Winfrey
2. This Autistic Parenting Space Is Different

The ASD Mum Club is a calming private online space for you. NOT your child but for YOU. Calm is possible for you as long as you place yourself in environments that support you.
- It’s not a place to vent annd complain about autism.
- It’s not one more thing on your list.
- It’s a place to rest.
- A place to feel like you again.
You don’t have to speak.
There is no pressure to show up in a certain way.
You can just be.
Your mental health matters. When you are calm, your child can feel it instantly. It isn’t easy finding that peace afterall as mums of autistic children we are so time poor. That is actually why this club for you exisits. So I can guide you to calm and peace in your body and mind once again.
Did you know that A study published in Family Relations (2016) by Concordia University, Montreal, found that parents of autistic children consistently report higher stress, emotional burden, depression, and poorer physical health than parents of neurotypical children.
“mums of autistic children who receive strong social support report not only lower stress but also fewer physical health issues—including reduced inflammation and pain”.

3. From my own life

I’ve been that mum.
I’ve done the running from therapy to therapy, the planning as well as the fixing.
I’ve stayed up too late online, hoping to find answers.
And through it all, I started to forget who I was.
That’s why I made ASD Mum Club.
Not to help more.
But to hold you.
To give you space.
To remind you that you matter too.
Self-compassion helps you be kinder to yourself as you navigate the challenges of raising your child. This is good for you and good for your child.

4. What you’ll find inside

In this gentle space, you can:
- Join in or just listen
- Come in your pyjamas
- Cry, laugh, or stay quiet
- Be with other mums who get it
- You don’t need to be anything other than yourself. You are enough as you are.
5. Why Rest Helps for Mothers Of Autistic Children

When mums feel safe and calm, the body and brain respond. You can start by reframining your thoughts. Basically going from negative thinking and doom scrolling, to happy and in control is very possible.
“The way we think, feel and behave are linked. Sometimes we develop patterns of thoughts or behaviours that are unhelpful so recognising them, and taking steps to think about things differently, can improve your mental health and wellbeing.”

In this autistic club you will create better mental and emtional health. So that you can feel more calm in daily life. Without the need for expensive self care routines or endless therapy appointments.

8. Quick Answers For ASD Mums (Since You Already Know This Is for You)

What is the autistic club, exactly?
It’s a calm, online space just for mums of autistic kids. We meet on Zoom. There’s no teaching, no therapy, and no pressure to talk. It’s a guided reset session where you can rest, feel supported, and be with other mums who get it.
Can I ask questions about autism?
This space isn’t for getting advice, strategies, or tips about your child’s autism. It’s not a place to compare therapies, share NDIS info, or ask for evidence for reports. The autistic club is here for you (to rest, reset, and feel supported as a mum).
Can I join if I’m really tired?
Of course. That’s exactly why I built this, for you.
Is it a therapy group?
No. It’s not run by a therapist and there’s no expert advice. It’s a space for you to relax not to learn or fix anything.
Do I have to talk?
Not at all. You don’t need to share, speak, or even turn your camera on. After all, you just want to listen, feel heard and breathe.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
You’ll be the first to get access when doors open. That means, you get to jump right in before anyone else. And if you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally put yourself first, this is it.
You already trust me with your mental health.
