  • Plan Something To Look Forward To: Whether it is a date with your partner, a pamper session at the spa or just an hour alone while a babysitter minds your child, having something planned for you helps you get through the days ahead.
  • Eat Healthy Foods: It may be easy to grab a takeaway or some sweets when you are sleep deprived and looking after a newborn; however, if you can try and get at least one healthy serving of fruits and vegetables daily, you will definitely feel the difference.
