- Health: Enhances overall well-being.
- Resilience: Helps cope with challenges.
When you are feeling down, it’s such a hard slog to just feel like getting out of bed. Choosing to find your reason as to why you want to live a full life helps you have more energy. That means you will have more strength to tackle each day head-on.
When you have meaning in your life it means that you have something to live for beyond just yourself. Due to this, you start to want to make an impact and don’t want your life to go idly by.
Passion is what releases your emotions, what motivates you, and what makes you feel good. Passion is often connected to your innate abilities, talent, and desires. It is what you love to do and do well without feeling stressed or compelled.

Like to dance? Then join a dance class. Even if you don’t feel like going, once you attend your first class you could get all of those endorphins that make you feel good. This will motivate you to go again and again. That means you will be on your way to healing in no time.
Don’t worry if you don’t like to dance, any activity you love will boost your mood. Try something creative like painting, starting a craft project, joining a running group, or looking after animals.

Talking out your feelings can be all the therapy you need. When we download to a trusted friend, we start to feel safe and more in control of our feelings.
When you bottle up your emotions and don’t let them out or when you don’t share your feelings; you just exasperate your depression and sadness. It becomes toxic in your body and you lose focus on what to live for.
Good friends are good for your health. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too.
